Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of JAV.HK. By using the service, you agree
to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not
use the service.

Adult eligibility

JAV.HK contains sexually explicit material. You may use the service only if
you are at least 18, have reached the legal age of majority for adult material
where you live, and may lawfully access that material. You are responsible for
following the laws and access restrictions that apply to you.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password and
session, and promptly act if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not sell,
transfer, automate, or share access in a way that defeats account controls,
rate limits, or security measures.

JAV.HK may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably needed
to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with legal obligations, or
address abuse.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service in violation of law or another person's rights;
• upload, link, request, or distribute content involving minors, non-consensual
  sexual material, exploitation, threats, or other unlawful content;
• harass others, impersonate a person or organization, or publish private or
  sensitive information without authorization;
• submit malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or
  interfere with service availability;
• bypass authentication, access controls, CSRF protections, rate limits,
  challenges, bans, or technical restrictions;
• scrape, crawl, or automate requests in a manner that burdens the service or
  ignores published API limits; or
• manipulate ratings, views, search data, discussions, or community workflows
  through deceptive or coordinated activity.

Community contributions

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant JAV.HK a
worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format,
translate, display, distribute, and create technical derivatives of that
content as needed to operate, moderate, preserve, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your
submission. Contributions may be reviewed, edited, attributed, reverted,
hidden, or removed. Revision and moderation records may remain after visible
content changes when needed for integrity, attribution, security, or dispute
handling.

Catalog, media, and third-party services

Catalog facts, links, images, and media may identify or originate from third
parties. Availability of an item does not mean JAV.HK owns it, endorses it, or
guarantees that it is accurate, authorized, safe, or continuously available.
Third-party services and content are governed by their own terms and policies.

Names, logos, titles, and trademarks remain the property of their respective
owners. Except where law permits otherwise, do not reproduce or redistribute
protected material without authorization.

Service changes and availability

Features, APIs, limits, catalog entries, and access may change or be removed.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, upstream
failures, or circumstances outside reasonable control. JAV.HK does not promise
continuous availability or preservation of every item of content or history.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum
extent permitted by law. JAV.HK disclaims implied warranties, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy,
and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or
right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAV.HK and its operators will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or
punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or access arising from
use of or inability to use the service. Liability that cannot lawfully be
excluded remains limited only to the extent the law allows.

Changes and severability

These terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change.
Continued use after an updated version is published means you accept the
revised terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions
continue in effect.
